Dr. Rachel Palma is a board-certified Family Medicine physician with over 20 years of clinical experience and a passion for helping people optimize their healthspan, vitality, and quality of life. She completed her Family Medicine residency at the University of California, San Diego, where she also served on the clinical faculty and held multiple academic appointments in the Department of Family & Preventive Medicine and the Department of Reproductive Medicine. She is the founder and Medical Director of Health Culture Medical Group.
Throughout her career, Dr. Palma has combined the principles of evidence-based medicine with a proactive, root-cause approach to health. Her areas of expertise include hormone optimization, metabolic health, body composition, nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and longevity.
As the founder and Medical Director of Health Culture Medical Group, Dr. Palma has created a concierge-style practice focused on personalized, comprehensive care. She partners closely with each patient to develop individualized strategies that integrate advanced diagnostics, nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, and hormone optimization to improve both current health and future well-being.
